PLEASE HELP

I am 22 year old second pregnancy just been informed of a possible miscarriage! I am having no bleeding no spotting hcg levels are low but have doubled with the last 2 blood tests! from sept 6 hgc 63 to sept 9 hcg 270 have a drs appointment tomorrow but im so scared. Dr reviewed my ultrasound from the 9th and said that no baby was visable but i did have fluid. please someone what should i do

yes but they could not see the baby at all

They won't be able to see anything on u/ til level are 2000 or more. The fluid could be blood that might be why she is saying that

i am not bleeding at all not even spotting they said that the fluid is normal but i should be showing something

Your numbers are going up. You're probably just really early. When was the first day of your last AF?

Considering if your periods are normal and everything you would be around 6 weeks pregnant. So I would ask for an internal U/S...

You're only roughly six weeks. That is going by a regular 28 day cycle. There is also the possibility that you ovulated late. It is very possible to not see anything in an ultrasound yet. My last pregnancy at 6 weeks 1 day, we could only see the sac, nothing else.

Try not to stress. I know it is easier said than done. Remember, some cramping is normal in early pregnancy. So long as you have no bleeding, things should be ok.
