Court in 2 hours

So I have court in two hours

I honestly feel like smurf just want it to be over with. All I can do is hope he say's I haven't got the money to do it and withdraw it. We can hope aye

I went to court and ofc he was sitting there with his girlfriend trying to be smart she walked to the bin to get a good look and he actually went to the loo and just stood behind the door (a barrister smacked the door into him haha) to try and listen in on us haha

My solicitor spoke to him asking him to complete a drugs and alcohol test (cannabis and cocaine) and he said he would, providing I did one (haven't touched anything since August 10 2011) I said fine, I don't care she was going to ask him about the £1225.00 he owes in Child support for LO but as he was getting gobby she didn't. He agreed for a residency order in my favour. As we went to go in my solicitor had asked for some pictures of LO, I said no due to the fact of his drug dealer mates threatening me and LO and I don't want them knowing what he looks like.

We went in and as he usually is he's carrying the famous bag of emails that's been sent between the two thinking they're gonna give to smurfs when he's been told many of times they're even not gonna bother looking at them they don't care about the past only now. Well he continues to bring them hoping to prove something
As we're ordering the strand test he starts mouthing off about how everything is an "accusation" He hadn't done drugs, alcohol etc, He even had the cheek to say he hadn't threatened to kidnap LO that's the first he'd heard of it.   

We had all agreed to the residency order when he pulls the "What does it mean again" card so she explain to him that if he doesn't bring him back on time I have the right to call the police so he suddenly said he wanted to go back and "seek legal advice and the decide" (despite not having a solicitor).

We moved on to the drug test and he said he can do one no problem he then turned round to the judge and my solicitor and said
"when is the soonest you can do it?"
My solicitor said "Whenever is suitable for you"
So he then say's "well do it now then, stop wasting time and do it now" obviously she couldn't so his temper started flaring up

He had mentioned the pictures and I explained it to the judge and she agreed with me that I didn't have to, she didn't order indirect contact etc so he doesn't get to see LO in the mean time thank god

she sets a date for the 23rd October in 6 weeks time and he keeps going "this is wasting time, haven't you got anything sooner"

I said to my solicitor and the judge "Last time we had the DNA test we had to prospone(sp) it till now instead of August as it took that long so I thought 6 weeks would be best to allow enough time" and he starts going "yeah it's best for you you mean"

At this point the judge and the solicitor are looking at him.

In some aspect im quite happy it's shown the judge and my solicitor his temper (I even had to warn my solicitor what he's like before she went over) and I'm glad he doesn't get to see LO in the mean time and I can keep him safe with me I can't say I'm not glad he's gonna a massive whack of payments out of the CSA (£245 a month at least), Contact Centre and visits (£130 referral fee, £70 per visit) I just wanted him to withdraw his application and smurf off! Gah I hate him so much the stupid prick!
