Yep, it really does. They considered letting him go, but then told him that is he left he would get held back. He would be excused if we were married though.

That is ridiculous! It's his kid that should be all that matters..but I guess that's military life for ya!

Yep, it sure is. I am used to it. My ex missed everything. I was a single parent. This time at least Alex is trying to come home.
