I know this is a little older post but I am Due November 18th with a little girl as well!  

I'm Due November 16th with our first baby! A girl

i was suppose to be due Nov. 17Th but had her September 10th

I'm due November 19th with our first baby...a little boy. So how is everybody feeling? Any tips to alleviate the lower back and hip pain? I went to see the chiropractor and, while it helps, I hurt worse for about 2 days afterwards.

you can try a heating pad , thats what i do . they also say if you do an ica pack off an on then do the heating pad off and on it is suppose to help , but i have never tried it

My due date is Nov 15th, but I will be having a scheduled c-section on November 5  4.5 more weeks!
Feeling good, just tired and sore.  Excited to meet this little girl! We already have a daughter who's 6, and two sons ages 3.5 and 18 months
