idk what to do

Ok I'm I'm formula feeding and pumping but I guess pumping isn't doing the trick because I'm always always literally soaking my shirts and can't get breastpads till payday  

What pump and how long each session?

I know some people just use menstrual pads. Cut them up and stick them in the bra.

I did this when I ran out of breast pads.
It was my mums Idea, she said she couldn't really afford breast pads when she had me, so she cut up pads and got 4 breast pads from one pad.
