I am moving this from PTOT to the public because I am exhausted with posting all over the place what I eat and what I've done to lose weight. I'm tired of repeating myself
For those who were in my PTOT, you may see a lot of things in this OP that have been copy/pasted here.

Example of a few of my menu choices:
Choice 1: A slice of whole wheat toast with organic peanut butter and a side of fresh fruit, usually an apple, and an entire bottle of water.
Choice 2: Two egg whites, whole wheat toast and a protein shake made of chocolate whey protein and 8oz. of almond milk. Bottle of water.
Choice 3: Kashi or Multigrain Cheerios cereal with blueberries, banana slices and strawberries in almond or skim milk. Water
(Water with every meal)
Choice 1: Grilled chicken on a bed of romaine lettuce with a sprinkle of fat free cheese, yogurt or a Kashi bar.
Choice 2: Grilled chicken wrap with romaine lettuce, fresh fruit.
Choice 1: Grilled salmon, steamed broccoli and fresh green beans.
Choice 2: (just made these yesterday) 1 bagel thin topped with organic pizza sauce, sauteed peppers and mushrooms, and fat free cheese baked. Yummy little pizza bagels!
Snacks: Fruit! I love fresh fruit and prefer it to veggies any time. I love watermelon, strawberries, blueberries and bananas for snacks. Also a Kashi bar or Fiber One is good too.
My favorite snack to make is a chocolate rice cake topped with organic peanut butter and banana slices!
Don't forget your 64oz of water each day!
I walk walk walk! I walk to the local park and have been adding a little bit of running to my routine. I am registered on Sparkpeople.com.
When I walk to the park, I do crunches hanging from the monkey bars while my daughter plays.
These are just a few moves that I do daily or almost daily.
