I don't know if anyone even looks at this thread anymore   But anyways  

Ladies, I have started juicing! I'm not going to do the full juice fast...not yet. Too scary. But so far I have had two juices.

This one was strawberry, apple, and blueberry

And this morning for breakfast, I had this. Kale, celery, carrot, apple, pineapple, and strawberry (pardon my robe ;) )


I am ashamed to say I have put on a couple of pounds over the holidays but I am back at it. I did NOT do Insanity. My lung capacity was not ready for that. I have always had a lot of respiratory problems so when I felt like my lungs were going to pop, I called it quits. BUT, I am back on the 30DS and feeling great!

DH and I took his employees out to Olive Garden for dinner last night as a reward for their hard work and I researched the meals the night before and ordered the healthiest thing on the menu  

Here I am all ready to go out

you look great! let us know how the juicing goes! I have been interested in it before but I don't know if I would like it... I don't wanna put a lot of money into a juicer if I don't like the juice! lol

What size did you start at? I read in the op that you've lost 17 pounds. That is sooo amazing!!! And what's juicing? Haha. Someone mentioned that they were going to be juicing for their new years resolution and then I came in here and saw that you were juicing too, so now I'm curious!

I was a 16  

Juicing is basically making your own juice out of fresh organic fruits and vegetables and adding it to your daily diet. Some people go on a fast for a week or more where they don't eat, they only drink the juice. It's a way of cleansing the body of toxins and disease.

You're looking good and you're doing great! I bet you have a smurf ton of clothes from where you were a 16 and now you're a 10. Haha at tax time, you're def going to need to go on a shopping spree. You're gonna look uh-mazing in a bikini this year!

God I hope so. I still have a ton of fat to burn. That's what I get for being lazy lately. I'm afraid to even try on my 16s. Maybe I will tomorrow for fun.

I keep telling myself that. I will! I will put on the whole outfit from day 1 and post a side-by-side

I prepped some fruits in baggies and stuck them in the freezer so no excuses for breakfast!



I went from size 16 to size 10  

And here's me just being hoochy.
