I've been a bad girl these past few days. I haven't been out hiking or getting much cardio in at all but DD was at her grandma's today so I kicked my ass into high gear to get 2 miles in before she came in. I added some jogging here and there and 3 sets of walking lunges. My heart rate was killing. I came home and almost got sick. Oh well, I haven't been in this good of a mood in a while. It was cold as balls outside but I was still sweating my ass off. Before and after
