So I read today that a lifestyle/weightloss change for women is:
80% change what you eat
20% exercise

You have to change your lifestyle to lose weight, but exercise is to get toned/fit after losing the weight.
I had never thought about that in depth before... and I do believe it's somewhat true now after looking up stuff online today.

Back in 2009, I changed my diet- never exercised (beyond swimming with LO or walks with LO)- and I lost 20lbs in 4mo...

IDK.. Just thought it was interesting & it wasn't the first time I had ever heard the 80/20 thing for women.

This just goes to show that no matter how strong we are, things like this hurt more than anything. This person stated to a woman who has a teenage daughter with 3 kids that she should provide proof to her so she believes that she is a real person. I replied. She had nothing more on me than to attack my weight  

I know people just say what they can to get to you and I should not let it bother me but honestly, my day could not have gotten worse and then I saw this. I am heartbroken. I was already in tears over something personal in my life right now and now, I'm bawling like a baby.
