Ugh, I really needed motivation today. DD has had a fever so we couldn't get out and about at the parks today. I was stuck in the house which is depressing. I did day 4 of 30DS lvl 2 and pushed a little harder on my shins just to see how healed I am. I'm still not quite ready to start jogging again but I definitely felt the burn

I'm alternating between zumba and the shred... I did the shred tonight, and I got a migraine right away... my body hates me.
