I feel like I'm failing. I know it's only been a month but I'm still so unhappy with myself. I won't give up but I'm so frustrated. Every time I look over these photos side-by-side, I start picking them apart and giving myself a "reason" for why it looks like I have lost weight. I either see it as when I put the photos side-by-side, I stretched one out making me look thinner, or the clothes I'm wearing make me look thinner, or it's just the mirror. I feel like such a fat ass when I look at myself. I have had 2 cheat meals in the last two days. My muscles hurt but I feel like there is no way I can ever reach my goal.

Push through it!! Give yourself a few days off so you're not sore & so your body can recover.. then get right back at it!!!   YOU CAN DO IT!

GAH! I keep forgetting to tell people this! I was reminded when someone messaged me asking what I was doing to lose weight and I remembered there was something I forgot (yet again) to list.

I have been taking Ab Cuts Sleek & Lean formula since week 3. The reviews were great so I thought I would try it out. I can't confirm whether my results have been dramatic due to the Ab Cuts or the drastic change in diet and exercise, I would guess a combination of the two.

This is twice as expensive as the regular Ab Cuts but this has been given the "Dr. Oz makeover".

It contains fish oil, Carnitine, Omega- 3, CLA (which helps toning), and Raspberry Keytone.

It is NOT a diet pill. All of these ingredients help to boost your fat fighting hormones in your thighs, butt, and stomach. It doesn't have caffeine or anything to make you feel funny at all. In fact, you don't feel it working at all. I wish I could confirm that it works but as with all of these supplements, there's just no sure way to tell. The reviews about it had great things to say though so I don't know.

You can still tell a big difference! Your curves are so much more defined

Thanks, Stacy. I kinda needed to hear that from an outside perspective. I have been really depressed for the past few days.

I promise you that I know exactly what you're feeling. I'm down 35 lbs yet some days I look in the mirror & feel so disappointed. I can remember when I first started my journey at 192, the thought of getting into the 160's seemed so unreachable to me! I'm now 157, give or take a few pounds depending on the day, & at times I feel like I've barely made any progress. Other days I feel fantastic & super attractive lol

It all comes down to our own battles with our own body image. I know mine is definitely still a work in progress & I'm sure yours is too. It's much easier for someone else to look at you & notice such a dramatic difference than it is for you but I swear it's a big difference. You should be proud of how far you've come.

I know that my daily struggle is to see how far I've come & not how far I have to go. You've only been at this for about a month. When you stop & think about all the horrible smurf you have been putting into your body for years & then think about how little of a time frame that you have been putting the right things into it, it puts into perspective a little more.

You have to try to keep your head up & keep at it Kassie!! <3

I have really gotten used to Kashi cereal. I love it with vanilla almond milk. I had salmon and broccoli for dinner tonight.
