well i sprained my ankle. I was running and stepped off the side walk. So i think ill be doing lots of crunches and other things. That way im still working out but not using my foot.

I see a difference! Muscle weighs more than fat so if you're weighing the same you are still probably toning from your work outs! Keep at it. I get discouraged SO easily but once I started taking pictures of my progress the number on the scale didn't matter. I could *see* a difference! That's a huge motivator.

I showed my husbands he was amazed. Seeing it is definitely enough motivation to keep me going. Thank you! It makes me happy to know that im doing something right!
