I've lost 7 so far. I have been eating "clean" and exercising a lot.

I don't eat any prepared foods unless I prepared them myself. No frozen meals, fresh fruits and veggies, limited sodium and lots of organic foods.

Im going to have to try this. I want to drop 10lbs in a month cause I have to see my grandma who always says something about my weight (post ds).
Like "oh don't you miss being skinny."
I plan on eating healthy like Isis before ds, i just felt so much better (physically and mentally).

Thanks  . I'm gonna subscribe to yor official weight loss tread, I think it'll help. Your pics look great btw! My body now is similar to your before and I would LOVE to start by getting it to look closer to your after. I think I I set realistic goals for myself I won't get let down and give up. Lol

What an inspiring thread, I want to play!
