Ditto... lol cold sandwiches almost every kind of cheese.. I didn't even hear about not being able to eat them until my second pregnancy.. But even then the chance of listeria is relatively low

I always follow the guidelines. It doesn't hurt me to avoid certain foods for 9 months. The chances are low, but I'd never forgive myself if I caused harm by doing something I was warned about. I understand some people feel the chances are so low and they feel safe doing so. Just not for me.
