1. Don't stress.
2. I wouldn't start pumping til after 4 weeks when breastfeeding and milk has been established.
3. Just know that you will literally spend 2-3 days nursing during the baby's growth spurt...these are the moments where you want to give formula or want to give up because you're tired or are thinking the baby isn't getting enough..you will make enough milk
4. SUPPORT
5. Pump after the baby is full.
