Not a baby, a child or toddler. You wouldn't use it from birth

They calm kids with sensory issues.

My baby has loved soft blankets since birth, the softer the better. She rub ed bet face and hands all over them. She reaches for them and if she is crying or sleepy I give her something soft and she calms down.

Um... Well kids with autism have them. My daughter has a condition and needs one. She hates the feel of sand and grass. Same goes with textures in her mouth.

DS does that too. Always wanting a minky feeling when he needs comfort   I NEED a comforter to fall asleep.

Hmm lo gags at food in her mouth. She has never been on sand or grass. I wonder how she will react to this. I don't think she would like the weighted blanket though bc she hated being swaddled.
