how much do you pay daycare/sitters?

I work full time.
He is 3 months old now
I pay a friend 125 a week since I dont qualify for assistance. So im saving a 100 bucks with her.

I pay $200/ week for part time(5 1/2 hours a day, 5 days a week) daycare.

I"m not a single mom, but my LO goes to daycare now twice a week for 7 -8 hours at a time while I have class. I pay a flat rate of 25 dollars a day so 50 a week. She's 2...I also live in rural Minnesota so the cost of living is cheap...

I work FT and pay 181/week. So expensive (not the most expensive, though. I used to live in a place that wanted $350/week for half smurfing days).

i started working when my DD was 3 months old, and i worked mon-sat 5am-130pm and paid $350 a month for child care (live in nanny). now my DD is 28 months old and im getting unemployment due to a lay off and im in school and she stays in the child care on campus for free =)

I work from home (well kind of my youngest is with me but we aren't always at my home) as an assistive aide to disabled adults. I go to school part time.
My kids are almost 14yrs, 11yrs and 16mos. I go to school when the older ones are in school, I pay $36 a day 2x a week for part days for my youngest to go to daycare while I'm in school.

Before I got married, I worked full time and paid anywhere from $1100 to $1500 a month. I eventually got a nanny and paid her $125 a week.

Daycare here is only $100 a week for full time. and that is at 10 hours a day.

There is daycare assistance that can help out a little. I am currently going to school so daycare assistance has me covered.

You need to ask around, really.

I live in Guatemala, though, so things are different.

Wow.

I don't know a damn person around here who would nanny for less than $10/hr (which-- yaknow... is what I make at my job, essentially.)
