Yeah we pay over 5000 a year in tuition at this school, and have to fundraise around 1000 for the school alone... where he was at before was perfect for him it was a private school but it was a learning academy, they only go up to 1st grade so we switched him to do 1st at this school but it just dosnt seem right for him and his teachers are not very, "nice" even to us as the parents, its like they just don't want to be bothered with a kid who isn't perfect but he does need structure and discipline, we thought this would be a good transition but he's been having problems since day 1   thanks for the help I'll talk to my husband and deans dads, so the online course is what ur husbad does?? How are his students do they struggle a lot??

5,000 tuition and 1,000 in fundraising? Why not go to public school? Especially if you are having issues

he teaches HS math at a public school at a few classes online at our IU for kids on homebound or who just wanted to take his class. Some of the kids do ok and some don't depends on how much work they put into it. He puts up lessons and all the course material and has office hours where the kids can ask him questions but no kid has ever logged on to ask anything

I always went to private schools, so it was kinda a given when I had kids that they would go also... The moneys not the problem, but for all that money I kinda expect his teachers to be a lil more understanding, and it didn't help that my son has to act like a heethin in class, its just the way the teachers handle things, its like hes the outcast already, we have an appt with principal next week, I'm just lost
