nose ring

If you have your nose pierced what type of ring do you prefer for it?

NOT the straight one with the tiny ball at the end.


I can't remove mine. When I want to be done with the piercing, I'm going to have to cut the top ball off.  

A captive, or a horseshoe.

i have an L shaped small stud

I prefer the bone. The screws always poke out and I haven't tried the captives or horse shoes.

I have a plain ring. I loved it. I didn't like the way a stud looked on me.

i hate those too, i could never change it.

I have a ring in right now because I lost my stud and its the only one I had, but I like just having a simple stud.

The L studs are all I ever used. Easy in, easy out.

I'm fairly certain it's my own fault for getting it pierced through the scar tissue from my old one.

I got it pierced, the next year I had to put in an invisible one, and when I was sleeping it got caught and fell out (didn't hurt or anything), and closed up before I woke up.

I wanted it again, so a few months later I got it done in the same spot, and the screw they put in was so freakin' huge I had to change it after a few weeks. I've had the same one in since-- will not come out. It twists and moves no problem, but the tiny ball at the bottom is too big for the hole.

I didn't like my stud, my son was always knocking it out. I like the seamless hoop so much better!

I prefer the plain straight stud.
I had a curved stud but my nose is so small that you could see the inside from the outside of my nose lol.

The ones I use are called press fit nose studs. They are 2 peices and one small bar fits into the larger piece, It doesnt fall out like the curved ones and you never worry about the ball getting stuck so you can remove it to change it out. Ill look for a picture

thats awesome, esp because i buy mine at walmart, 4 for like 10  
this one thats in now ive had in for 2 yrs
i miss my pink one and ill have to get another.its just a white stud
as is my lip piercing..

i want to find halloween lip and nose rings, i bought one last year for my lip, far too big.
