what do I tell my parents about the dad?

I'm single. my parents dont know about how I got pregnant. My dad would more than likely kill the guy if he found out everything which would make things even more terrible. He's got a history. I mean with sd's that won't e involved what do you say to family about it?

What is the complete story? I mean what is it that you need to say that you dont know how to say?

Well, regardless of what you say nothing will change the fact that you're pregnant & who the father is. Be honest.

Just be honest with your parents. What's done is done and you can't change whats happening and neither can they.

Be honest because they're going to find out anyway. Your child has a right to know who it's father is, the father has a right to know he's a father.

Accept it because they can't change it or be mad at you, you're still s human and capable of mistakes but your child will be the best and most important thing in your life and really all that matters.... Just try to have a positive conversation with a positive outlook but don't be down or disappointed by their reaction because right now is supposed to be the best and happiest time I'm your life and you don't need the stress

Besides, you're 18 and an adult. So be an adult about it since you're are one and have a child on the wayl.

Well my opinion, its not really your parents business who the father is unless he plans to be completely involved. In which case they'll meet him and know who he is/how is he is.
Unless he raped you and your planning on pressing charges or something.
