I doubt they're going to let a 15 year old apply for her own foodstamps. Last time i checked you had to be 18.

if u can show fraud u can. my boyfriends aunt adopted a whole bunch of kids and wasnt feeding them. shes like 600lbs anyways they all went to the welfare office and got them for themselves so they can eat. they were all close to 18 at that point. they also changed it to where they could get their social security checks made out to them too. maybe the bf is 18? and can claim the baby?

i didnt say u wernt its just your mom can do just about whatever she wants bc u are under 18.

I'm sorry about your moms bf I agree he should be able to supply his own.addiction. if he wants to smoke your mom shouldn't be getting more money from your so for it. Also I wanna give u props for handling your pregnancy at such a young age so well. I hope things begin to go better   if you ever need a non judgmental talk feel free to message me.

15 is really young !I completely understand you not being ready to move out on your own with your boyfriend and new baby.. you must be so scared about being a mom, I was 18 and terrified , there is nothing like a little baby depending on you to make a person grow up pretty fast.
Apologize to your mother , tell her you are just worried for her and him taking advantage of her, but that you are thankful she's there and being supportive about the baby. You really don't want a bad relationship with her at this point. Keep focused on what your doing and need to be doing for the baby

good at least u have that. my mom is one of those women that lets men walk over top of her. she had a live in bf when i was pregnant and he didnt work the majority of the time and she got foodstamps and they ate my wic. my bf got a job and when tax time came we moved out. if your bf is 18 maybe he can get an apartment and u can get your mom to sign a paper or something allowing you to live there idk. u should be lucky she isnt calling the police on him for being 18 and you 15. in my state thats state rape.

Yeah its rape in any state really but he's in all reality only 2 yrs and 3 months older than me I turned 15 way before he turned 18 but hopefully we can get our own place when he gets his income

in my school an 18 year old dated a freshman and her parent got po'd at the bf and now he is a sex offender. im not saying let your mom walk over top of you but she wont see her bf is a douche until they break up. keep things civil until your 18

I have no idea, i was 17 when i had DS and when i tried to apply for FS for myself they made my mom file and i went under her case, they said i had to be 18.
