Im sorry your dealing with this mama. But I would not let him ride that bus anymore and I would want the driver fired!

I wouldn't let him ride the bus and def see if I could get a lawyer... That sounds awful.

My daughter is special needs as well, she goes to First Step and rides a van there and back every week day. I'm worried about this kind of thing happening but her not being able to tell me, she is delayed most in speech and only has a handful of words, if that..and no sentences. I don't think her bus driver would ever, nor the aid that rides. I am more worried about another kid or someone new or something.

It sounds like it would be hard for you with your situation currently, to get a lawyer. I hope you can though to make sure of what happened. Make sure to know the names of whoever you talked to about this, whoever looked at the tape. I would hope it (the tape) doesn't get "lost" or anything, should you take legal action.

He still have a case worker who does regular home visits? like the ones through Early intervention and Kids Connection(i think that's what it is called, we just aged out of early intervention last year).
