Is anyone not receiving child support? Why? How many kids?

Are you fighting for it if you are not getting it?

I'm not getting any and I haven't gotten a penny since day one. DD's dad is in prison. I'm not fighting for it. I could care less. She's being adopted by DH.

I do not receive child support for my oldest or my youngest.DS1 his dad is in jail and has never paid a dime I went to CSE last year and they never did anything.DS2 his dad kept him from me after he went on vacation I just got him back and found out the smurf he was putting him through dont even want child support from him just want him to sign his rights over.

just put in a claim for it because I had to in the divorce process.. it's been a year and a half since I left and I haven't seen anything (although I did give him a few hundred bucks) and don't expect to see much if any since he's a homeless, jobless, drug addict.

I have a court date at the end of Sept. for child support.
a few weeks ago I talked to CS and gave my info.. Recently I received a letter that they cant find or get a hold of my BD.
So he may not even show. :/

Yes thankfully my now BF has fallen in love with my boys and takes good care of them.Before we started dating we were friends and he took me to go find DS2 and get him back all DS2 had was a diaper and a bottle the next day he went and bought DS2 a bunch of clothes.

he has a job but doesnt get paid alot. i worry if it is worth the fight bc of his abusive ways.

awh. this gives me hope. i am so afraid to date again thoguh.

I've learned from my mother that I can't be afraid to date and not to date someone just cause they say they want to be with me I always had very low self esteem.My SO and I have so much in common its crazy I think thats we get along so well.It's funny cause I've always gone for older guys and SO is actually like 9 months younger than me.He's even wanting to do so much for Ethan the baby I'm due with in January and hes not his father.

My ex owes 26grand. weve been going to court for over a year and all they do is give him extensions.We also live in different states so its harder. Its for 2 kids and his order is for 225 a month so he has around 8 years of non payment

I'm really early in my pregnancy so I shouldn't have cs but I already know I won't be getting any nor do I want it...
