is she to young?

for all you mommies that have kids with Leap pad 2. I want to buy my daughter a lead pad 2 for christmas but she wont be 3 until march and thats the recommend age. is it to advanced for her at 2? should I wait until she is 3? will she enjoy it more? I just dont want to spend $100 on it if she wont even be able to play it. thanks!

We got DS a LeapPad when he was 2, and he could handle it very well. It would depend on the child, I would never give my 3 year old niece one- she is very rough and not patient at all.
I would say if she has decent understanding of cell phone games like angry birds, is patient enough to deal with a game that can last upwards of 10 minutes, and has good finger dexterity, it would work for her.

do you have a smart phone and does she know how to use it? my girls have innotabs, 3 and 4, and they both are VERY good with them.

My son was almost 3 last Christmas and I bought him a Kindle Fire. He loves it.

Get the innotab 2...leap [ads suck IMO...My kids wont look at any of those loeap pad things at all. But dd just turned 4 has had a innotab since 2 and loves it alot...not as much as her ipad but she still plays it everyday. lol

But with all that said she should be able to use one.

We have the innopad for my 3 yr old and my 2 yr old can do some stuff on it.

I am getting an innotab for my daughter for Christmas. She will be 3. We gave our son a leap pad at 2 and he loved it.

Both my 4 1/2 yr old and 2 yr old LOVE their Leap Pads. They are both on the Pre-K level but my son has a few games that are more advanced than my daughter's. Between the 2 of them they have 14 games and a whole collection of Apps to choose from so there's a lot of variety. They're pretty tough games, too. My kids are NOT gentle and have yet to damage them.

Same here....I think for Christmas I may get her one...best place to buy one at is Toys r us...get the extra insurrance on it for 12 bucks, it cover all damages for 3 yrs.

I replaced my dd's about a month ago it got dropped too many times and was freezing up...but sadly 2 days later the shleves apove the coffee table in the living room fell and it landed on the new one and it dented the screen, And I feel kind of dumb going back to get it replaced so soon...kwim?

Damnnnn that sucks. Yea I just found out that they are doing ref checks for my housing for help with my rent I'm so excited because that means I'll have a little extra money for christmas instead of the 150 that Iw as only planning on having.

Thats good. I wouldnt be able to do shopping on 150 lol last yr for 2 kids I spent over 1000 on each kids. lol I start shopping for Christmas boxing day and buy at least 3 things each every month till Christmas. lol

This yr I have 3 kids...so I made a budget and so far I have been good with it. 250 each for my 4 and 10 yr old and 150 for the baby who will be 10 1/2 months at christmas. lol

awww yea I'm just going off of my income and not off of the chance that I get my back child support or any of that. So I'm pretty stoked. The kids will probably now get 150 at least each.

Nice......it opens up the door for so much more, when we can do more. lol Well lo will love innotab 2. They look pretty awesome, and the first one was. So I hope its worth it.
