Bad gas...

My son is almost a month old and he keeps making grunting noises like he is either constipated or gassy, i'm not sure which one. I have been giving him simulac for gas and fussiness and when that wasnt working i gave him infant gas relief drops but that takes forever to kick in. Does anyone know what can help my poor baby boy?

This is true. My son does it all the time.

Is he pulling his knees up? Tummy getting hard? Sticking his butt in the air(if laying on his tummy)?

He pooped earlier this morning at 6, but it wasn't much, it was just a dab on the diaper. The gas relief is starting to kick in but i feel like it takes forever to kick in...

Try massage, bicycling the legs, and a wet warm washcloth on the belly
