I need advice!!

Okay, so I need to know what all you mommy's think.
My boyfriend and I had a little accident 3 weeks ago.
I've been noticing symptoms of being pregnant...and i know 3weeks is really early.
I've been so tired lately, my breasts, mostly my nipples hurt really bad, i've had heart burn, and I've had frequent urination. I have a doctors appointment in a few days, but i was just wondering If you guys just knew or had a feeling you were pregnant, because I've sorta'had a feeling that I am. So let me know what you think!
