I'm pretty sure that vertigo is on the "get checked out list". I never had it with any of my miscarriages. It sort of sounds like you might be developing an knfection.

I would always get extremely dizzy when I was miscarrying, but it was after the bleeding started and I'm anemic to begin with. How long has it been since the baby passed? I had a missed miscarriage last year. When I found out, it had been almost a month since the baby passed. I felt so stupid; thinking I was pregnant and having symptoms. Fortunately, the baby passed on it's own and I didn't have any issues. Pay close attention to your body. If something doesn't feel right, call your doctor. Sorry, mama.
