Contractions:/

Im only 35 weeks and ive been haveing contractions nonstop for like 3 days now and ive been going to the hostipal everyday and they keep trying to stop them but it dont work  im not dilating at all and the contractions are drvieing me nuts  is there anyway i could try to stop them? or maybe dilate?

If the hospital couldn't stop them, I doubt any home remedies will. I may be wrong, though.

im just getting worried about not making any process with dilateing.

Since you're 35 weeks, I'd be more worried about the contractions not stopping. I hope you don't pop until 37 weeks!

if they're not dilating you then they aren't real labour contractions. So don't worry when the time comes for baby to arrive your contractions will do something to your cervix

my doctor said he would be fine if i would have him now but im still worried about having him to early hes already 5 and a half pounds and i had the shot thing for his lungs but im still sacred

when did you have the steroids?

well i guess im real thin and if he would just push his head down hard one more time it would open but he hasnt yet but i havnt been checked for 24 hours so i might be i dont know

One of my closest friends had her baby like 3 months ago, she was contracting less than 10 min apart for a couple of weeks before she went to actual labor. But when the time came her body started dilating and she had her baby no problem, I belive she was 2 weeks early.

If they said that you're thin then that probably means they're saying that you're effacing with is cervical change and means that you have no worries as far as them eventually being effective, they're doing exactly what they're supposed to do.....just 2 weeks too soon. And with relaxation and no more cervical checks you could very well unefface, it happened to me.
