So much pain :(

Ever since I had to switch what BCP I was on, I've been getting pretty intense cramping. Today was horrible. It's like a burning, tearing pain. I feel like my insides are being ripped apart. This was a big reason why I'm on the pill. The pill before the one I'm on now worked amazing. My insurance didn't approve it anymore so they switched me back to what I was on right before I switched to the good pill. I have to argue it with my insurance but until then idk what to do about the pain. I've taken Advil, Tylenol and Pamprin. Heats not working either. Any ideas?
