Hospitals are really boring.

This morning, for smurfs and giggles, I decided to time my BH throughout the day. Pretty surprised to find them between 2 and 5 minutes apart lol.

I came to Triage around supper time to get checked out. By that time they were getting pretty painful and my back was starting to hurt as well.

Got hooked to the monitors. It took some coaxing to get baby to move around. And apparently the contractions were just BH cause they weren't showing on the monitor.

I thought I'd get to go home since I wasn't in labour, but my BP was high and they found protein in my urine. So I'm stuck here for a 24 urine check thing.

So if people could keep me in their thoughts that this doesn't turn out to be pre-e, I would really appreciate that.

I'm really bummed. If I have to stay longer than 24 hours I'm going to miss taking my daughter to her first day of grade 1  

It sucks, but maybe the BH were a blessing in disguise. If you DO have pre-e, it's good to find out asap.

I hope it's not though and you can get out of there after 24 hours.

Honestly, I love hospitals...especially being in there after birth and all. I find it nice to be waited on for once in my life and have food made for me instead of making food for my family and by the time I gt to eat its always cold lol. Maybe that sounds lame lol
