move back 2 nashville live here at 1 address for 30 dayys then file for your divorce btw in TN your child support is honestly going to depend on your judge and mood he is in. i finally got cs assigned a few weeks ago and all they are making my sons father pay is $88.00 a MONTH. Because he quit a job making $1500 a week and got a job at a grocery store making minimum wage!!!! im pissed so make sure you haave a good lawyer when you go.

I'm not sure in Hawaii but I live in CA and my boyfriend pays $800 a month for one kid..

In the military he will be forced to pay what he would get in BAH without dependents. If you look that up for Hawaii then that would be his cs. People make a pretty decent amount in cs when the other party is in the military. Also make sure he sets up an allotment for it so it automatically comes out of his check.

I only get 37.80 every 2 weeks for 2 kids. So I would die for 88 dollars a month for 1 kid lol
