Thank you ladies!!! Have been watching my portion sizes, drinking mostly water, walking about 2.6 miles about 3 times a week, and less junk food. I've been slacking for like too weeks :-/ but I'm still at my goal so I'm happy. Hopefully back to it tomorrow!!
