Bought my first pair of jeans today in over a year.

At my highest (265) I was wearing a size 20 pants. And 2XL shirts   I'm 5'7.

Last year (I can't find a full body picture) :

(in the back, lol) :



And now! Size 12 pants (I was shocked when they buttoned     ) medium shirts. 190 lbs.




Excuse how haggard I look. Been unpacking  

All I did was cut back on how much I was eating, and stopped eating ONLY junk food. I still eat junk food, just nowhere near the amounts I was doing it before. I'm really bad with exercising... which is why I still have this skin pooch and love handles  

But... just wanted to gloat   I was so excited when those jeans fit me. I brought back a 12 and a 14... thinking the 14 would fit, and just wanted to see how tight the 12s were. But they fit perfectly

Well done!! You look fantastic - can really notice a big change in the photos, particularly in the face :-)

I agree. my face is the biggest thing I notice. it slimmed so much!

Just to let you know...Im was 225 and down to 204, I do the 30 day shred and have lost 4 inches of my mommy tummy....if you want to get into toning, I highly recommend the shred!

You look BEAUTIFUL&Amazing!  

I am 228, my heaviest ever(DD,my 3rd baby, is almost 10wks) My usual weight is 180, I am just struggling really bad to lose the weight  

Any tips advice you have, please tell!

Also, how long did it take to lose the weight?

About a year. I've been at the same weight for a few months now. I started losing back in June of 2011.
