about to snap

posted 20th May
I really hope that someone else is having the same issues as I am! I am almost 32 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden I could snap at anything and everything! Work is driving me nuts and all the other women are driving me crazy telling me what I should and shouldn't do and this and that.. I appreciate all the advice but I'm sure everybodys pregnancy is different! At home I feel alone, my husband comes home for about 2 minutes and then leaves to go mow or help someone do something on their house, I really hope that when the baby gets here that he will change and stay at home more, but only time will tell on that! Im sorry just needed to vent!

it's ok! Wanting to snap is totally normal. When I was pregnant with my son I seriously wanted to strangle the customers where I was working at and I snapped at my bosses a few times. I always would aplogize though. I snap at my family all the time with this pregnancy and I'm sure if i was at the same job as before I'd be snapping at those people to. Its just hormones sweetie.

I'm 30 and I'm quite "snappy"... Lol. I just try to stay in calmer surroundings, when possible.

As for hubby though, have you talked to him about it? Like just let him know that you'd like him to stay home once in a while and spend some time with you. He may not even realize just how little he's actually home, he may just be trying to help people out.

yup, with each passing day I get more and more and more hormonal lol I snap all the time! As far as the hubs go, I can relate with you...but I cant say anything because he is providing for our family, so after his reg. daily work he goes to his garage and works for hours for extra money. But he does realize he does it and he apologizes and tries to be here as much as possible, but he has to support us as well...sooo

I felt the same way, and still do and I'm 36 weeks. I'm just now realizing that the reason my boyfriend keeps himself occupied, away from me, is because I've turned into a crazed hormone raging bitch! LOL! Every little thing gets on my nerves no matter how stupid it is.

Don't worry, I'm 37 weeks (will be 38 this Thursday) and I woke up at 1 AM the other night bawling my eyes out crying to my husband "I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!!" I've been so up and down that I'm surprised my husband still loves me...But we're all in the same boat, and we tend to take things differently while we're pregnant, so feeling snappy or like our DHs over look us at times is normal...So just take a deep breath, and remember, you've only got 10 weeks left

yea, totally normal (well, in a pregnant sense). This morning I opened the cabinet to get a bowl for cereal and then i banged my head on the corner, i completely lost it. I was crying for like a half an hour about how they just have to take the baby out already and i quit the pregnancy thing cuz i'm always so uncomfortable.... I wasn't even crying cuz my head hurt!!! My husband didn't know what to do with me;^) he seemed so relieved when he had to leave...

It's good that you come here to vent, you can see that we're all experiencing this crazy hormonal roller coaster!!!

take care...
