And Isabella Leona is a lovely name too! She is blessed to have a mom willing to find out more and not just accept a diagnosis.

If someone could help me here...what are the trisomy disorders? I have heard of them and my daughter doesn't have that, but I am very curious as to what it is. I like to find out as much as possible about rare disorders and such because you never know what could happen. If you'd feel better PMing me that is fine. Thanks.

My daughter has trisomy 18. Meaning she has 47 chroms instead of 46. She has heart defects, club feet, clinched hands, over lapped fingers etc. She will still be my beautiful girl. She has less then a 1% survival rate

She will always be your beautiful girl. I couldn't imagine how hard it would be to go through it. As long as while she is with you she is happy. I think thats most important.

I am so sorry momma.. my first child had Turners Syndrome. She passed at 20 weeks and 5 days in utero.
My heart reaches out to you. if you need to talk no matter what happens pm me.

i just watched the video 99 balloons about baby Eliot. i am bawling here and cannot find the words to express how i feel GOD BLESS ELIOT AND HIS PARENTS. i am pregnant with twins, due april 13, 2013. I had my nuchal test done today, and baby A's measured 3.13, and baby B's 1.08. Baby A is at increased risk for trisomy 18 and 21. Any advice is welcomed. I am 39 years old, have been pregnant 9 times, and have one beautiful 4 year old daughter. I am praying for healthy twins to complete our family.
