Sorry. Just not used to joking about violence so I took it all literally. Figured that some were serious about being pissed enough to punch/kick if they were insulted like that by someone they trusted.

I just never do that when he angers me, so I'm not used to it.   Smart-ass remarks and ignoring is my go-to.
