Alli weight loss product

I wanted to know if anyone knew anything about the Alli weight loss product. I'm looking for pros and cons. I'm exercising religiously and trying to eat right. I was wondering if Alli would help at all or if it was just a waste of money.

I took ally and I was not eating healthy and right and it literally made me shit like the oil and fat out it was gross.

I've never used them myself, but my friend told me that they cause anal leakage. That's what pops into my head now everytime I hear about them, haha. Yuckkk.

Alli helps to block a percentage of the fat intake so that it doesn't get digested. Until your body is used to it you may experience somediarrhea. It should go away though. If youare exercising and eating right it should help. Some people take it expecting to lose weight without the diet and exercise and are very dissapointed to see that they don't really lose that much weight. It's not a miracle drug that will make you drop 30 pounds ina month. But it works with you to increase you chance of losing 15 in a month. I think it's worth the money if your serious about weight loss.

I took Alli for about 2 months. I didnt always take 3 pills a day though, and some days I didnt take it at all, especially when I knew I was going to eat something a little too fatening. I did not exercise but I did try to eat healthy most of the time.......after 2 months I lost about 10 pounds.I know that doesnt sound like much but someone like me has to work out and eat very healthy to lose weight, and the fact that I wasn't doing that was enough proof to me that it works. I had some anal leakage, only one time though, and it was my fault for taking the pill and eating pizza. Other than that, I never had any problems. I'm actually looking forward to getting it again soon!
