My son started speech therapy this morning and bring him home is like pulling teeth he does not want to leave HELP!

You're the parent. Put him in the car, and leave

From now on, before you get there make sure he knows you leave in x amount of minutes, keep reminding him throughout, you have 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 5 minutes, whatever left so he knows what coming.

You pick him up, put him in the car and drive away

Cora has this issue everytime we leave anywhere. But you can't stay there and no amount of crying will change that

It would be nice if i could just put him in the car im talking about in the the room. So i will have to let her know to try this thanks because he wouldnt even leave the room it was like a fight SO had to pick him up as i had the baby. Thank you.

I do this with cora and it's still a scene.

I even set the alarm on my phone with different rings for the different minutes.
