light bleeding dont know what this means... help

ok ladies i need your advice here im 36 weeks pregnant i went to the doc wednesday for just a regular check up the doc told me that im 2cm dilated already but after he was finish checking me he also told me that there might be some light bleeding from checking me and that it would be ok and it will go away... my appointment was at 2 and after i was finished with the appointment everything was fine down there i kept an eye on it and there was no bleeding at all what so ever. But i wanna say around 3 or 4 am in the morning i went to go use the restroom and when i went to flush the toilet i saw there was light bleeding on the toilet paper and its 5 am in the morning right now and i still have light bleeding. I dont really understand whats going on if yall could help out and maybe explain whats going on that would mean alot to me... thank you.

You are fine. They irritated your cervix. And also don't be surprised if you see blood light blood in a gooey discharge in the next couple of weeks totally normal unless it's heavy or dark

alright thanks i feel better now i noticed the blood today to as well.
