Low carb is definitely the fastest. You have to make sure you follow whichever plan you choose BY THE LETTER, or else it won't work or it won't be healthy for you. I did Atkins and I LOVE it. It's all about getting rid of your sugar and processed flour addictions. Weight Watchers is decent too if you have a normal blood sugar system. I, however, have severe low blood sugar, so Atkins is great for me. I can help you with either one if you'd like. And of course, exercise is super duper important.

You have to be careful with low carb, I mean yeah you loose the weight, but if you go back to eating like you did before hand... The weight adds back up, it happened to me. I was on LC a few years ago and lost 30lbs, but as soon as I slipped up and went back to those old evil eating habits...

That's true, but it can happen if you go off any diet. Not just lo-carb. I've watched tons of people and family members gain their weight back after low-cal, WW, etc. It's all about making a lifestyle change. It's hard, but you have to use willpower and stay focused. Because the truth is, you will gain your weight back if you start eating junk again.

Myself, being hyperglycemic, suffer much more than the average person with cravings because once my sugar drops, it's VERY difficult to keep my hands off the first thing in my hand.... which is usually a convenient processed, sugar filled microwave meal or bowl of sugary cereal. Not healthy at all. It's all about eating 6 small meals a day and not eating processed foods, (ie: high fructose corn syrup, bleached white flour).
