  No my son was in an intensive nicu and born at 36 weeks. So stfu.

im doing my best. im still in the hospt for an infection but i visit every 3 hours or so as my nurse and vitals permit.

This is not true mine went to NICU and he was orig estimated 37 weeks 3 days and the NICU is the one that decided he was probably 34 and 6 days because that went along more with when i remembered having sex but when he was first sent to the NICU his estimated day was 37 weeks 3 days

"neonatal" means new baby. and even a 40 week baby is considered a new baby. the only time a baby that needs a little extra help wont go to nicu is after they have been discharged home and something comes up. in that case they go to pediatrics.

Its the NEONATAL intensive care unit which is for babies 1 month and younger gestational time doesn't matter...and for some they are older than one month and still in there but have been there since before 1 month

i actually only said preemie because i don't have a name ready yet. and termie sounds weird. and i figured i wasnt term because i didnt hit 40 weeks
