Unbelievable

I'm pretty pissed at the moment about my BD and the child support. I just got off the phone with the child support office ( I call every week for updates ). They just told me that he has moved back up to New York as of 8/10/12. I got pissed at that point. On 8/23/12 I had a hearing with New York via phone. In that conversation, the magistrate informed me that he has moved to Florida, so they were closing the case up there! So I call Florida back, and she says that he reported a New York address. I think he's trying to play the system seriously. In the hearing I was involved in, they said he reported to him that he had moved to Florida. So he's lying. He's telling Florida one thing, and telling New York another. Why can't he just MAN UP and be A MAN?

bc that would be too much effort for him instead of playing state against state I imagine. Loser BD. Sorry for your luck with him ugh hope they clear up the mess quickly!

My BD is dodging it too.
I just got a letter from CS saying they cant find the 'non-custodial parent'.
I JUST gave them his new address. work place. LAWYERS name. new phone number.
It seriously pisses me off!
