Will Due Date Change?

I have been saying since day 1 that I am a week ahead based on my concep. date. Finally my ultrasoundshows her measuring a week ahead and her weight measures a week ahead too solidifying what I have been saying all along. Will they finally move my date you think? It's not like moving it up one week would really matter by the time I am term anyway. Have any of your docs moved your date based on your latest ulstrasound?

My doc did change my due date a while back based on measurements during a sonogram because I really didnt know when my last cycle was. But today she told me that I was measuring a week ahead but said she would not be changing my due date.

Most docs won't change your due date unless you're more than 2+ weeks off...

I don;t think they will move it. I think it has to be significally wrong, like 2-3weeks. I was like that with this pregnancy, when I was 12 weeks I was measuring 15 weeks (they did not change mine)

alot of drs dont move your due date unless you are about 2-3 weeks off. This happened with me with my last pregnancy.

Mine was just changed from Sept 30th to the 23rd to the 17th.

Doc said they dont always change it when the baby is measuring big, because the baby could be a little big. For me, I had really irregular cycles and the baby was measuring about 2.5 or 3 weeks ahead so he changed it  

My doctor never moved my due date by ultrasound and I was measuring two weeks ahead. She still went by my LMP.

yep I had the same situation. based on my LMP I was due May 13th, but my cycles were off kilter cuz I had just gotten off BC and at my first ultrasound it got moved to May 30th. The I had another u/s around 34 weeks and I was measuring 5 days ahead for a due date of the 25th, but they didn;t change it and kept the May 30th due date.

i had a due date of june 6th calculated by my LMP. Then I had an U/S at 22 weeks and they gave me a due date of May 30th. I went by that one for a few weeks and went to a NEW doc (ob) and he said...no, well go by the LMP date. I am measuring HUGELY over 37 weeks, and baby is large, but hes sticking with june 6th  . Oh well its not that far away, and she'll come when shes ready...no date is going to make her come any sooner, even though it will help with the induction date (they dont induce until 10 days overdue unless for medical reasons here)

See I was worried about going way over, but my doc said we'll stick by the 17th and if you havent delivered by the 23rd we'll induce.

yeah due dates can change........my doc changed mine because it was calculayed by my ultra sound that she was a week behind in growth. it pissed me off because ik thought it meant just that......shes a week behind in growth not shes coming out later. too hell with them though.

I am blown away by your responses! I am shocked that even in the case of being 3 weeks ahead that they wouldn't change the date. Most of you repsonded that in that particular case they would though.
