Drink some water, sit down, deep breaths (in through the nose, out of mouth)
Do you know why you're feeling this way?

Go to the doctor or ER and get checked out? Unless it's like an anxiety attack then drink something, sit down and relax.

I get hot flashes too could that just be a pregnancy thing or could it be serious.. My baby is active and everything but I just feel weird sometimes

I have heard shortness of breath is normal during pregnancy as everything is pushing up against the diaphragm.

If its really bad I'd be at least calling a midwife or doc.

Good luck

My son was constantly up in my ribs because I was so small. I only gained 11 pounds during my pregnancy so I was ALWAYS uncomfortable. It sucks. I'm sorry!

Oh, I didn't realize that you are pregnant. Duh! lol... Anyway, having a hard time breathing late in pregnancy is normal because LO is so big and doesn't hacve much room. Baby is pushing on your lungs. Totally normal but unfortunately nothing you can do until baby drops. As for hot flashes, I believe those are normal too though I never had them with my pregnancy.

With my 1st pregnancy I had hot flashes or sometimes it lasted all day long, middle of winter and I had the heat off (like -20 celcius outside) and I was dying of heat. Joys of pregnancy!

My baby makes it hard for me to breathe sometimes to where I feel like I just climbed a flight of stairs and can't catch my breath to the point where my face and teeth get a "tingly" sensation. If I don't sit down, put my feet up and drink some water, relax and breathe then I could pass out. It sucks, but I love the little guy
