child support.. LAME

I FINALLY filed for Child support. I THOUGHT i had almost 2 years ago but apparently they were never filed or I didn't go to the right place?
BUT i talked to a CS worker a few weeks ago. I just received a letter saying they cant find the non-custodial parent. So my BD..
I gave the lady my BD's new address, number, place of work, and his lawyers name..
This is soo annoying. My BD is totally trying to ditch it.

We have court due to child support in 2 weeks, hopefully he shows and the judge gets on his ass.

BD didn't show for mine, and they ordered him to pay based on a minimum wage job. He didn't declare an income I just told them I think he's working and that I didn't know where. He actually makes more than minimum and when his wages get garnished he quits his job and gets another one... smurf, lol

Kinda thinking thats what he's gonna do or doing.
hes not working due to an 'injury'. He's been doing this for years. getting fired for not working because of some injury or something.
Its dumb.

Here's a fun fact, you can call your states attorney general, fill out a few forms and inform the CS office of that and he will be registered on your states dead beat parent list. For some reason, ( I assume it's because once filed it becomes public state info and it actually looks bad on state reps.) CS enforcement actually moves up from snail speed on these case to turtle speed.

Go to your state attorney website, find the contact number, call the office and ask about downloading or having the forms sent to you, then file them with the state AG and call your SAG personally and report your case.
