re: Bashing me because I'm fat

Sorry about this too! I was on the other thread and the bashing came out of nowhere!  I don't understand some of the women on this site. We all make silly/random posts or say stuff that other don't agree with, but WHY bash people? Just keep moving and find something else to talk about. Seriously, a couple of them made me cry once! lol!

I always see people say this. Yes it's the Internet, but it doesn't make mean and hurtful words any less damaging. It would be no different then someone calling her fat as they walked by her on the sidewalk. Just because people are using their keyboards doesn't excuse their rude behavior.

yes, I'm not a morning person and DH is, he lets me sleep in and we had a scheduling mix up where I took an extra half hour and didnt know he needed to shower and we had to run out for an appointment and he couldnt shower...so now I am fat and lazy because I let them know that he usually lets me sleep in. I get the ungrateful comments...okay, whatever, everyone has an opinion and ive been on this site long enough to expect rude ones...but really? taking my weight info from another thread to bash me and call me fat and lazy....I really feel that is out of line.

I understand what you are saying. That is not necessary at all though. When I got engaged my mom asked if I planned on losing weight or if I was going to stay the same size. She said I need to remember that this is a memory I will have forever. Not exactly what you want to hear when you are looking for support. Sorry your going through this. People suck, ignore them. If anything it is ammunition to push yourself even harder.

I completely understand.. if for no other reason then just because you have every right to vent.. just as much as anyone else vents about husbands and in laws.. etc.. you can vent about the bitches who decided to bash you because they think they're better than you..

Also, I'd like to note, that so far, it appears that they haven't shown their faces in here. (I could be wrong.. didn't see the other thread.. but it doesn't look like it).

And now I'm gonna go check the other thread to make sure my support here is justified.. lmao.. (I hope you weren't being a bitch in that thread or I'm gonna feel stupid for not doing my research first).  

I'm so sorry that happened mamma. That's awful! I poke fun at people for posting dumb stuff, or being rude bitches all the time. But I can't comprehend why someone would bash you for that kind of stuff. I'm so sorry. That person must have an ugly heart to say that kind of ugliness to you.

I really don't mean to be rude but if you find yourself taking some of these ladies to heart, maybe you shouldn't be in BG? I find the higher # of posts they have, the more "entitled" they feel they should be on this site. Anybody with less than 5000 posts don't "belong here"  
Some of us Mama's are serious in looking for advice, tips and somewhere to vent. I'm sorry you had to deal with childish bitches. Some of the ladies on here are really genuine, though. Just gotta ignore the others.

yeaah... I feel you on that one, My mom came to visit me after I had the baby and her first words were "wow you got big" and then giggled...mind you she is also very over weight. I know she didnt mean to be hurtful but it was. After my uterus shrunk back she did tell me that I didn't look as big now the that the belly made it worse...I think that was her way of apologizing

It's not really about that. Read her venting thread before getting on her case about it. The bashing came out of nowhere, and she didn't do anything to encourage it. She ignored it for the most part. This post is about people calling her fat and saying cruel things to her. I don't care what site we're on. That smurf isn't cool. She has every right to be upset.

I have been called stupid by some chick on here. I just ignored her and poof she was back under another name. Don't let them get you down because they have a bitch complex! We can change our outward appearance, they can't change how ugly they are inside!
