I had my shower

Yesterday my mom and mil threw me a beautiful shower. My husband and I got so many beautiful things for baby...., we need to pick up a few things but all in all we made out very well 
After the showerI went home and since my husband is still doing construction on the house, I had him put all of the gifts in the living room so that i could pick out what would stay and what needed to be returned. As I was standing there (by myself) looking around at all of the things for baby, i got this overwhelming feeling wich encompassed pretty much every emotion you could feel at once, and i began to cry. All I could think was that my God, our baby is almost here! Just seeing all of the things that were going to be used on the lil one made it so "real" Does that make sense?? IDK all I know is that i could not be more thrilled, well maybe if I was not still working

I remember doing the same thing a couple months ago and here I am watching my baby boy swing right now. Its so amazing!

I did the same thing-our baby's room isn't finished yet so everything from our shower is on our air hockey table in the living room. When I was all done unpacking it I cried. My fiance' was so confused. I think I just realized that 1) he was going to be here very soon and 2)that this baby is definitely loved and blessed.

The best gift I received was frommy wonderful mother. When I was little i loved this book called "Mother, Mother, I Want Another". I went all over looking for it and was so sad when not only could I not find it, but everyone I asked about it had never heard of it. Well my mom waited til the end to give it to me and that was it, I lost it in front of all of my guests  

I can't believe I am going to be a "Mommy", and that I will be making my husband a "Daddy", For the first time this whole 9 months, I feel complete happiness...for the moment anyway
