I think some insurances may cover for abortions but I live in MN so its proabably different where your from. Sorry about asking why you wanted to get one. I was confused by what you were asking in your forum in the first place. If you cant afford to get an abortion have you thought about adoption?

There maybe services to help you, contact Planned Parenthood and speak with them, they are very helpful and open. They should not make you feel like they are trying to push you one way or the other. Can you make BD pay?

This is a hard choice you have to make, make sure it feels right and there is no other choices, also make sure this is what YOU want. Don't let anyone bully you into making this choice or choosing any other option, it's your body, your baby and your choice, no one else's.

I had to make an appointment because in michigan, you have to sign a waiver online 24 hours before you can get any kind of abortion. Im not sure if you have anything like that where you live, but you may have to look into it. And they will only do the pill abortion before 7-9 weeks depending on your state laws and the clinics policy. Also when i called the clinic, i told them i was broke and they gave me a number to call and I basically had to plea my case to complete stranger over the phone, but they covered all but $100 of my abortion, which I made babysitting, returning pop cans, borrowing 20 from my dad, etc. You just have to do the work. Make the phone calls. If this is what you want, you can make it happen.

Op in some cases medi cal will pay for your abortion. Call planned parenthood and talk to them. They will know far more. Best of luck.

Hey girl, Just came on and saw this..was wondering if you tried the Pregnancy center near the hospital as I know they have different options. Not sure if you still live in Culpeper, but thought I would share that. Hope everything works out for you. I know its hard as my sister just went through all this. Good luck with everything!
