posted 26th Aug
I've read a lot about stocking the freezer with meals I can simply heat up an serve after Tiana is born to make dinners a little easier.
Any ideal on what kinda foods I can make now ( well sometime soon) & freeze till later ? Thanks in advance (:

I'll be preparing meatloaves, Salisbury steaks, stuffed shells, chicken n dumplins (all homemade foods) this weekend and freezing them. As for things that are easily made (pork chops, chili, pot roast, etc) will be made that morning and left in a crock pot to cook all day. My husband isn't a cooker and he'd much rather order out so whatever I can do to make sure there's something good on the table, I'll do! lol

If you have a crock pot, you can get a crock pot cook book...it has alllll kinds of yummy recipes, you literally just throw it all in there and let it sit all day. Usually you can make a whole bunch, and you can freeze the left overs. That's what I think I'll be doing.
