If you all have read my previous post about my story, here are some more questions. Is there anything I should do during pregnancy? Steer away from certain foods? Excersize? What about stretch marks! I want to steer clear from those! lol, any advice will help alot!

I ate what I wanted but made sure I took my prenatals every day, didn't do any extra exercising than what I did already, and didn't use anything for stretchmarks. I had a twin pregnancy and gained 38 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight and by 2 weeks post partum I lost all but 6 pounds of it. My babies were a healthy 6 pounds 9 oz and 6 pounds 3.5 oz and had no nicu time and went home with me after 48hrs (c-section). I got stretchmarks but I think if you're meant to get them, you will and no creams will stop it but it might help them fade

Don't eat raw, under cooked food. No sushi. Stretchmarks are inevitable. I think it has a lot to do with genetics. My Gram, Mom, and sister never got any and neither did I. Walking is good, drink lots of water and don't forget to take your prenatals. And try to enjoy your pregnancy, because it goes by way too fast!   Best of luck!

Eat what you want within reason and take the prenatal vitamins. No raw eggs, fish or soft cheeses like Camembert, just hard cheeses like cheddar is fine. Basically anything pasteurised is fine.
As for the stretch marks you cam drink lots, massage creams in etc. to ease them but if you are going to get them then there's nothing you can do apart from keep moisturised to minimise the appearance.
I carried on working quite late into my pregnancy, doing 12 hour shifts in nursing, it's fine to carry on as normal as long as you only do what you feel you can do safely and not strain yourself. Pregnancy isn't an illness but you do have to take it easy a little bit!
Congrats btw!

I agree with this except not lifting over 10 lbs? I was told 30. But I worked as a cna in a nursing home lifting heavy people all day til 38+2 weeks. Plus I still carried my 30 lb son around

Same I worked in a nursing home, anyone over that was hoisted and hoists are perfectly safe to use as long as they're used properly.
